Evening Series – Time Trial Bikes
Club Evening Series Points Competition
Members who participate in the evening series are included in the competition where points are awarded based on your placing in each qualifying event ridden. At the end of the series awards are allocated to first place in each of the following categories: Overall, Veteran on Standard, Women, Junior and Juvenile.
Qualifying Criteria
Any member riding nine events or more during the series is automatically included in the competition.
How the Competition Works
Points are awarded for each qualifying event ridden in accordance with your rank in that race: 1 point for first place, 2 points for second place, 3 points for third place etc. At least nine events must be completed, and the accumulated points from your best nine rides count towards the competition. The rider with the lowest number of points in each category at the end of the series wins, and a trophy is awarded to the winner of each category.
Competition Qualifying Events
All evening series events as listed in the programme shall be qualifying events for the competition. Please note this does not include the 1 lap option for the 14.4 mile Beachy Head circuit
